Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "deal"?
A workspace tracking one acquisition — buy-side or sell-side. Passed deals don't count toward your limit; only active and closed.
Do invited guests count toward my firm seats?
No. Buyers, sellers, lenders, QoE firms, and outside counsel you invite are always free — at whatever access level you grant them: viewer, editor, or owner. Scoped external roles (outside counsel, banker, accountant) available too. Only your firm's own team members count toward the seat cap.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated automatically. Card-on-file required only when you choose to keep going after the trial.
What if my AI Q&A usage is heavy?
Each tier includes a generous monthly AI cap. If you hit it, AI features pause cleanly until next month or you upgrade — no surprise bills, ever. Most Pro firms never hit the cap.
What about data export?
Export every document, deal, message, and audit log anytime in standard formats (CSV, ZIP). Cancellation triggers a 30-day grace period before deletion.
